• Reviewed and safeguard the provisions of By- Laws, that is accurate & does not deviate to PNAA & PNA-WI mission and objectives.
• Review all amendatory proposals and report it's recommendation to tthe Executive Board.
• Present all amendment proposals for ratification during the annual general assembly.

• Initiate projects to recruit new members & retain current members. Monitors membership compliance.
• Responsible in creating & maintaining database of current & former members.
• $40 Active Members  $ 30 Associate Member w/o PNAA, $ 40 Associate w/ PNAA,
• $10 Recruitment bonus for 5 new member yearly (will be taken out from your membership fee)

Education & Professional Development : Marilyn Mallari - mgm_rn@yahoo.com

• Plan,implement & evaluate education programs to meet learning needs of it's members.
• Act as a resource to PNA-WI members interested in higher education / certification & professional growth
• Assist in Scholarship for Certifications and Continuing Education.

• Prepares and implement a budget & secures funds through reasonable means to augment treasury.
• Fund Raising Efforts

• Spread the mission of PNA-WI by participating and sponsoring activities that promote public health & cultural events.
• Dessiminates information to other organization and it;s members programs and activities of the PNA-WI.
• Collaborate with other health organization in promoting health information & education.
