Membership:

• Active Members : any professional nurses of Philippine ethnic origin, who has been granted a license to practice as registered professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
• Associate member : (Non-Voting) any licensed nurse of non-Philippine ethnic origin, Non -practicing Filipino nurses, student nurses who are currently enrolled in an entry level nursing pogram.
• Honorary members: (Non-Voting) are any outstanding leader in Nursing and allied fields who has made a valuable contribution toward the achievement of the Association objectives and Nursing Profession. conferred by two-thirds (2/3) vote of   Executive Board.
