Goal : The goal of the PNA-WI shall be to provide an organization that uphold the image and foster the welfare of Filipino-American nurses in Wisconsin.
Objectives:
To unite Filipino-American Nurses in the state of Wisconsin to promote the highest standards of Professional practice, advancement and socio-economic stability.
To mentor and provide participation and facilitate active participation of migrant Filipino nurses in adjustment to their new role in American Society.
Actively participate in community outreach by promoting health care and education.
Promote personal growth to it's members by providing continuing education and assist in identifying and fulfilling their career goals, professional responsibility and cultural adjustments.
Collaboration and Networking with other health care organizations regarding problems, issues regarding nursing practice, education and research.

We have successfully turn over leadership to Zen Edralin as the PNA-WI President for 2010-2012 term, We successfully had our Induction of Officers in February with Dr. Violeta Singson inducting the Officers and Executive Board.
Representation to the North Central Region ( Indiana) and National Conferences (Miami, Florida)
Successfully participated in the Gawad Kalinga project , we have our sponsored house in Piel Bulacan with the Green and Gold colors to represent Wisconsin, We continue to be supportive of other Philippine Cultural Groups such as FAAWIS and a constant presence in the Free Medical Clinic every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. BP Drive during the FAAWIS Picnic in June.
Successful Fall Educational Conference , we were able to provide 3 contact hours with the three dynamic speakers that talked about Nursing legislation and Health Care Bill , Advance practice Nursing and Stress Management.
We had successful fund raising events such as the Siopao sales, Brewer Tail gate party and the Christmas Caroling.
We will need everyone's participation and commitment for the 2012 North Central Regional Conference hosted by the PNA- WI.
